- What payment types do you offer?
We accept VISA,MASTERCARD, Money Orders and Paypal. Personal checks are not accepted.
- How long does it take to make and ship my order?
All decals are manufactured to your specifications. There are no stock items therefore time for preparation is required. Large body graphics may take an extra day. Most orders are manufactured and shipped within 3-5 days of order confirmation (except weekends and holidays). Items can be shipped on any weekday, holidays excluded. The post office does not operate on Canadian statutory holidays.
- How and when will my decals arrive?
All of our products are shipped via Canada Post. We offer 3 types of shipping: Regular mail, which may take 7-21 business days and is not
traceable, Expedited services, which is trackable and insured, and takes between 10 and 30 days to arrive and Overnight services, which arrive within 36 hours from time of shipping.
- Why hasn't my order arrived?
We strive to ship your decals within 3-5 days or receipt of payment, depending on the complexity of the decal. Possible reasons for delays may be the post office, incorrect mailing address, or holidays. When your order is shipped via regular mail, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Decals shipped via Expedited services are usually delivered within 10 business days, however it may take up to 30 days, depending solely on the post office.
- Why hasn't my email question been answered?
We answer all email inquiries within 24 hours. At times, it does happen that email does not reach it's destination. If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to contact us via the telephone.
